Structr pricing plans

¹ All prices without VAT, annual payment subscription with automatic renewal. Minimum term is 1 year.
You can switch between price plans on an annual basis.

² An instance is a virtual server hosted by us in a location as close as possible to you. “Managed hosting” means that we provide the following services:

  • Installation and setup
  • Configuration, performance optimization
  • Necessary version upgrades to maintain the contractually guaranteed properties.
  • Daily full backup during a maintenance window (requires downtime: system is regularly unavailable for several hours every day during the maintenance window)
  • Backup archive with 7 days retention time
  • Daily maintenance window downtime depending on data volume (typically, but not guaranteed, outside business hours)

³ Individual managed hosting means that we host or help you host our software and all required components on a system you choose. It can be

  • a virtual or physical server at the provider of your choice,
  • a system based on your own hardware at a provider of your choice (co-location) or
  • a server operated at your own premises (on-premise operation)

In any case, administrative access (root or user with sudo privileges) on operating system level is required in order to provide the offered service level.

⁵ Unless otherwise agreed, “10/5 support” refers to the typical business hours (8:00 to 18:00) on working days in the CET/CEST time zone.
