4. Recording of data on this website
Cookies
We use only one cookie: a technically necessary session cookie that maintains your session and protects forms. Apart from a random session identifier it contains no personal information, and it is deleted at the end of the session.
We do not use tracking, advertising or third-party cookies; consent to cookies is therefore not required. The legal basis is Section 25(2) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Server log files
The server automatically collects and stores information that your browser transmits:
- Browser type and browser version

This data is not merged with other data sources and is used to operate and secure the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Web analytics
We measure visits with a privacy-friendly analytics service operated by Structr GmbH itself (stats.structr.cloud). It sets no cookies and creates no personal profiles; visits are counted anonymously. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Contact form and appointment requests
If you write to us via the contact form or request a meeting via the appointment booking, we store your details, including the personal data they contain and the page from which you sent the request, in order to process your inquiry.
The contact form and appointment booking run entirely on our own Structr system; no external service is involved. We do not pass this data on without your consent.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your inquiry is related to a contract or concerns pre-contractual measures; otherwise, it is our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Your details remain with us until the purpose for storing them no longer applies or you request their deletion; statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
